China Investment in Fixed Assets Statistics, sourced from National Bureau of Statistics, reflects China’s investment in fixed assets and real estate development. It contains the statistics of fixed asset investment of all economic activities in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.
Indicators include total investment in fixed assets, investment in fixed assets projects, real estate development, capital construction, reconstruction and upgrading, and rural household investment. Statistics of fixed asset investment manifest the scale, growth, composition and results of total investment in fixed assets of the society, and therefore such data work as important basis to monitor national economy and regulate the total fixed asset investment at macro level, which in return supports decision-making and management of investment, research and international communication. This database has the data origin since 1950 with yearly, quarterly and monthly updates.
