China Listed Company Statistics collects data from China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Association for Public Companies, Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This database provides national, regional and industrial statistics on the cash flow, profits, assets and liabilities of more than 2,000 companies listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This database may be used to study the capital structure, performance and finance of listed companies, and in the meanwhile can help to get the whole picture of funding and transactions in the two exchanges and the growth and scale of China's stock market.
The main indictors include general situation of listed companies nationwide and companies listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and listed companies' distribution, business financial indicators, balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement. Data begins from 1989 with yearly, quarterly and monthly updates.
